Happy Fall, Richton Park!
As summer moves on, mornings have been cooler, leaves are beginning to turn color, and Fall is officially here. It’s hard to believe how fast time has flown by! As we approach the end of the year, we can look forward to a new season of Richton Park main-stay events and programming.
Even though our annual House Festival got cut short due to treacherous rain, the majority of the event yielded record numbers, and we had an AWESOME time. The same goes for our YourParty Music Fest, where citizens from all over Chicagoland joined us for a stellar Saturday of music, attractions, food, and fun. I don’t think we’ve had a summer this busy in a very long time. We invite and embrace all future desire to join us in being a STRONG and engaging community.
One of the primary goals of this Board and Staff is to help make Richton Park an economically viable community, to support village and community, and to put us on a path of true prosperity. It’s an ongoing task, and we are all dedicated to exceeding expectations. We are growing in every way, and couldn’t be more excited for our bright future. From infrastructure improvements, new businesses opening, land acquisition, beautification implementation, seasonal events, and engaging campaigns, there’s never a dull moment.
