Richton Park Residents! The Cook County Homeowner Relief Fund is now open!
This program is designed to support homeowners facing steep Property Tax increases. If you’ve been seeking some assistance, this is a great opportunity.
  • Application Deadline: October 31, 2025 @ 11:59pm
  • Funds are limited. Apply early!
You may be eligible if:
• Your 2021, 2022, or 2023 tax bill increased by 50% or more (or went from $0 to a non-zero bill)
• Your household income is ≤ 100% of Cook County AMI
